To Senkvice for a glass of wine
Senkvice is the biggest wine growing town in the Little Carpathian area and is a part of the biggest wine growing towns in Slovakia. You cannot separate breathing from life itself as wine from the culture of the village Senkvice. Bratislava city days 2018
The Bratislava City Museum celebrates Bratislava City Day by making all its expositions accessible to general public. Bratislava to everyone is a weekend full of associated activities commemorating the day when Pressburg, as Bratislava used to be named in the Medieval Times, was given its city privileges. The Bratislava City Council registers each year more than 150 000 visitors, declaring significance of Bratislava and also huge interest of Bratislava citizens in knowing history of their city inside out.

Open air festival in May welcomes the season of cultural and social events in Bratislava. Concerts at Tyrsovo square at the riverside are available as well as the creative market of the Slovak hand-made design May jam, activities for children, unusual sport performances ad shows, stands with delicious local meals and fireworks of the year over the Danube river.
Ekotopfilm - Envirofilm Hotel Danube
Ekotopfilm is an internationally significant festival focused on documentary films on sustainable growth. With its 45-years old tradition it´s the oldest event of its kind in Slovakia. The festival will show new films from more than 50 countries. Except of the films themselves, presentations, workshops and discussions will be held as well as activities for children and youth.
