The peak Pezinska Baba with its altitude 1730 ft is the most important wintersport centre in the Small Carpathians. The sport centre with the mountain hotel, equipped with three rope tows, two slalom courses, and with the total ski routes length of 2530 yd is situated in the mountain saddle Baba. The saddle enables to cross the ridge of the Small Carpathians from the village Pernek to the town Pezinok. Baba is well-known for the up hill race that takes place every year in spring or in summer.

How to get there:
Pezinska Baba is situated 7 miles away from the town Pezinok. Are you are the outdoor fan? You can get on Pezinska Baba on foot. If you get off the local train, take the red-blazed trail to the health resort Rozalka on the Suvorovova ulica (Suvorovova street). Then follow the blue-blazed trail to get to Pezinska Baba. For those who start from the western side of the Small Carpathians, follow the blue-blazed trail from the village Pernek.
