The Matyšák Hotel has become famous also thanks to the wine Matyšák Restaurant which is known for its quality and delicious cuisine for which it has been awarded several prestigious prizes. The cuisine is Pannonian, i.e. it focuses mainly on Slovak, Czech and Hungarian specialities.
To offer the highest quality of raw materials the restaurant employs a master butcher preparing various original meat products and specialities. The vegetables are grown in own organic garden situated near the wine-making plant of Víno Matyšák in Pezinok.
