The Manor Park in Pezinok
The park, as we know it today, was originally a garden, firstly mentioned in the year 1915. It was located outside the former fortification and served as bee colony with 100 beehives. The creek that fed the moat around the manor was rearranged to create two ponds for fish and tortoise breeding. The rearrangement of the manor garden in the English style included also new tree species and alleys. The park is nowadays a harbour of relax for all who like relax and walking in the green during hot summer days.
What to do:
To the park belong also a children playground, an educational trail, a restaurant, and a peacock aviary. The park is connected with the pedestrian zone.
How to get there:
The route Bratislava-Pezinok lasts 25 minutes by car. If you decide to travel by train, please click on the on the link here. Follow the red blazed trail that begins nearby the railway station, proceed to the roundabout on the Holuby Street and then turn to the Mladoboleslavska Street, connected with the manor park.
